Customer Care Specialist

Basic computer skills, teamwork attitude, a clean driving record, and dependability are necessary. This position is mainly focused on providing EXCEPTIONAL customer service care to our clients. You will be answering phone calls, emails, and messages from our customers and building and maintaining relationships with new customers.

You will troubleshoot basic lawn care and pest control questions, and offer products and services to support our homeowner and property managers alike to ensure their properties are in tip-top shape. This role will also include daily reporting, and data entry, and providing field support to our production technicians. Other duties as assigned,

All training will provided to ensure you are are successful in this role. This is a M-F day hours positions with occasional Saturday support needed.  Overtime eligible, starting pay depending on experience. Unlimited opportunity for advancement for the right candidate.
